"Extensive research into ancient Egyptian architecture and other vernacular buildings of the era were studied and scrutinized in order to design the many sets that were built on stages in Los Angeles and on location in Yuma, CA. I had a hand in many of the interior and exterior elements of the sets. The sculptural quality of many of them were best drawn and portrayed  with #2 lead pencils."
