"Sets were designed at MGM Studios in Santa Monica, CA and built on site in N.C. Extensive research went into the time period in order to accomplish historically accurate sets. I designed the exterior and interior of the "Old Tavern" set from a rough thumbnail made by the director at my desk. I also contributed to the layouts and details of the other sets of which there were many in the making of this high-end production."
